Vegetable Recipes One taste of Aunt Jo's Au Gratin Potatoes and I needed to have the recipe. Use a 9" x12" pan or three quart casserole and you'll make enough to feed a gathering of eight or more, depending upon the size of the servings. I often serve this with a holiday ham. Thank you, Aunt Jo.

You'll need:
Coat baking dish with non-stick spray. Make a layer each of potatoes, onion slices and cheese in the baking dish. Mix the mushroom soup and milk together Pour half the milk mixture over this layer. Repeat the process with a second layer of veggies and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325˚ F for 45 minutes (until onions & potatoes are tender. Uncover, sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake approximately 3 minutes or until onions are brown. Serve hot. |
