Seafood Cookbooks Cookbook Reviews Recipes After enjoying tartlets in a restaurant, I decided to try my own version, and here it is. Two are a meal when served with a hearty salad. Enjoy, |
You'll need:
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Separate the crescent rolls into eight pieces at their perforations. Mix tuna with enough ranch dressing to moisten. Add green onions and cheese if desired. Spoon mixture onto four of the crescent triangles. Top with remained four dough triangles. Press the edges of all four tartlets with the tines of a fork to seal. Poke a hole for escaping steam in the top of each tartlet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated 325ºF oven until they are golden brown. Serve two to a person. Makes 2 servings.
