Seafood Quiche

 

You'll need:

• 2 eggs or egg substitute
• 1 can mushroom soup (lite is optional)
• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
• 1 cup dairy sour cream (lite is optional)
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed or grated (lite is optional)
• 1 cup crab, imitation crab or shrimp
• One 9 inch pie shell

Mix the first six ingredients, and pour them into the pie shell. 

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F until set or a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center.
