Combine in bread machine or large bowl:
Mix and knead dough by hand (10 minutes) or machine, and allow it to rise. Complete the baking process in your bread machine or grease your pan of choice - one loaf pan or one cookie sheet for rolls. Shape the dough as desired. Place it in/on the prepared pan. Cover the dough and allow it to rise in a warm place until about double. Bake at 350° F for about fifteen minutes for rolls. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil if bread is browning too rapidly. Please note - if you have trouble baking bread, make rolls - it's easier to control browning on burning. Use double pans and keep the loose foil over the rolls until the are done. NK |
