We reserve the right to amend this page and the statements therein at any time.

We reserve the right to reject any submission at our discretion.  There is no appeal.

• We will not accept pornography or any material that we alone deem to be inappropriate.
• While we know that people can and do find comfort in their faiths, we are unable to accept material with any particular religious orientation.  We will not display the symbols of any religion including our own. 

We reserve the right to edit any material that we are considering for submission.  However, an nonrefundable editing fee of $50 will be charged (and must be freely paid by you) for all submissions received after August 31, 2002 CST.

We reserve the right to limit submissions to one photo and written material of an appropriate length. 

COPYRIGHT

• We will not knowingly accept any material that is protected by any US or international copyright law.  If we unknowingly accept and publish protected material, we will delete it from the site as soon as we are made aware of the situation.  We reserve the right to delete all accompanying material at our discretion.

• When we publish your original material, you retain the copyright to that material and may publish it again as you see fit without legal restrictions.  However, we retain the right to use all material published on this site in any other media as we see fit without any compensation to you.  We will maintain an e-mail mailing list of all persons who submit material to us, and make every effort to notify you if this should occur.  It is your responsibility to see that we have your correct e-mail address on file.

Are There Fees?

Yes.  There is a nonrefundable professional editing fee of $50 charged on all submissions.  There are costs involved in editing and maintaining a photo-laden website, which we must recoup in order to stay in business. 

We accept PayPal, which accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover and personal checks.  When you accept our terms and conditions (click below), tell us that you have set up your free PayPal account and made the necessary arrangements.

How to Add a Pet Tribute

In order to add a pet to our site you must read and accept all our terms, conditions and legal disclaimers.  Please click on the link to send us an e-mail containing your submission if you accept.
