Recipes Main Dish Recipes This recipe comes with two versions. Nancy's family likes the oat version because it's lighter. You can put the ingredients in your bread machine on the roll setting (mix only, no baking) to save time. Enjoy, |

Combine:
Add the following:
Knead 8 to 10 minutes by hand if not using a bread machine on the MIX or ROLLS setting only, adding extra flour if necessary. Do not bake the dough in the bread machine. Grease the ball of dough, cover and let rise until doubled.
Or allow the dough to rise once in your bread machine.
Preheat your oven to 500° F. Grease a large cookie sheet and dust it with cornmeal. Spread the dough evenly over the cookie sheet. Prebake the pizza dough up to 5 minutes until it just begins to brown. Remove what is now a pizza shell from the oven, and add your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake the completed pizza about 5 to 7 minutes, watching very carefully to prevent burning. Remove the baked pizza from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
