Salad Recipes Recipes I have been making this delicious and filling pasta salad since 1986. My neighbor and dear friend, Skip Cooey, first turned me on to it. It's great for potlucks and picnics or anytime you want to make a big bowl full and have leftovers. Thank you, Skip. Enjoy, |
You'll need:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add the Italian salad dressing according to how strong and "juicy" you want your pasta salad to be. The pasta will soak up much of the dressing, so if you don't use the entire bottle when you first prepare this salad, you may want to add more dressing just before it's served. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Pass the Parmesan for those cheeseaholics. This recipe is easily cut in half.
