You'll need: Bread - your favorite bread like classic Italian / focaccia / roll or baguette (cut off the round parts to make a toastable surface) Dressing - your favorite salad dressing / mayonnaise / pesto / tapenade Meat - turkey / ham / roast beef / bacon / chicken / prosciutto Cheese - your favorite cheese like mozzarella / Fontina / Swiss Vegetables - tomatoes / red onions / green peppers / spinach / mushrooms
Flip the sandwich onto your grilling surface and spread more dressing on the outside of what was the panino's bottom slice of bread. Grill your panino until golden.
