Recipes Main Dish Recipes My friend, Jennifer Tesh, served this sour cream lasagna at a gathering at her home. It looks the same as your usual lasagna, but the taste is much richer. Enjoy, |

You'll need:
Mix one jar of spaghetti sauce with the browned ground beef. Spray a 9"x12" rectangular casserole dish or lasagna pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 2 cups of sauce from the second jar (not the one mixed with ground beef) into the pan. Layer in this order: noodles, ground beef, sour cream, 1/3 of the cheddar, 1/3 of the mozzarella. Repeat the process, then top the casserole with a layer of noodles. Spread the rest of the sauce (or as much as you like, and we like lots) on top. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of that. Bake covered at 350° F for 30 minutes or until hot. Let the lasagna sit for 15 minutes to firm up. Refrigerate leftovers. The flavor is always better the second day. |
