You’ll need:
Cut the foam ball in half. Save one half for another project. Cover the rounded side of the foam with the fabric, gluing it in place on the flat cut side. (You have to gather and tuck the fabric.) Gather all the jewelry you want to use for this project and pin it to the rounded side of the foam. DO NOT GLUE ANY KEEPSAKES TO PREVENT DAMAGING THEM. If a piece of jewelry has no pin with which to secure it, do a few whipped stitches with matching thread around it and through the fabric. After the jewelry is applied, fill in any empty areas with small ivy leaves, small silk flowers, ribbon loops, sequins or pearls - whatever trim you prefer. When the half sphere is full, glue it into the plastic flower holder. You may wrap the handle with ribbon and secure the ribbon with pearl-headed pins. You may also want to let some ribbon streamers and / or ivy hang down from the handle for a touch of softness.
