You'll need:
Bake the pie shell for three minutes in preheated 350° F oven. Prick the shell with a fork. [We always write family names and secret messages here - you can prick out any design you want.] Bake 5 more minutes. Cool the shell. Meanwhile, mix mayo, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheeses and ham. Pour the mixture into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
