Beef Cookbook Reviews Cookbook Reviews Beef Recipes Nancy's stroganoff uses Heinz 57 Steak Sauce®. She swears she has a recipe for a home made version of this somewhere in her recipe filing cabinets (not a typo) so we'll publish that whenever it surfaces. Please notice the ingredients aren't really exact. Nancy cooks by feel, but the results are sometimes very good. Enjoy, |

Continue cooking and adjusting the seasonings until you are happy with the result. Serve over flat noodles with sour cream and extra Heinz 57 on the side on the side. |
