You'll need:
Score both sides of the meat 1/4 inch deep in a diamond pattern. Mix the rest of the ingredients for marinade and rub into meat. Cover and refrigerate over night. Turn the meat in the morning and refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill or broil approximately 5 to 8 minutes per side. This recipe may be doubled for 3 or 4 steaks.
