Easy Marinade

This marinade works for beef, poultry or seafood.  The longer (up to 24 hours) you marinate your main dish, the better it will taste.

Wash poultry and shellfish thoroughly.

Choose a glass or ceramic bowl.

Select a bottle of your favorite non-creamy salad dressing.

Cover all sides of the main dish with the salad dressing, place it in the bowl you've chosen, cover the bowl and refrigerate

When it's time to cook, prepare your cooking surface as appropriate (heat up the grill, etc.), place your main dish on the cooking surface, and shake on some lemon pepper or fajita seasoning

That's it.  Cook your main dish and eat.
