You'll need:
Combine flours and salt and set aside. Cream the butter, cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until well blended. Beat the eggs and vanilla into the cream cheese mixture until well blended. Stir the flour mixture into the egg-cream cheese mixture until well blended. Cover the bowl and place the cookie dough in the refrigerator. Chill for one to two hours. (At this point you could also put the dough into a freezer container and freeze it until you are ready to bake.) Combine 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small to medium size dish. Shape 1" balls of chilled cookie dough, roll the dough balls in the dish of cinnamon sugar to coat and place them about 2" apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake about 10 to 14 minutes at 350° F, taking care that the bottoms of the cookies do not burn. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Remove the cookies from the cookie sheets promptly and cool on wire racks.
