Assemble:
Break the chocolate into the measuring cup. Heat on high in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until melted. Dip half a pretzel rod in the chocolate, letting the excess drip back into the measuring cup. Still holding the rod, sprinkle with colored sugar and place it, chocolate end up, in short glasses until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container. These can be given as gifts if you wrap them with colored plastic wrap and tie them with a bow. |
